These SMS/Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern participation
in the Iconic Medical Arts text messaging program.
By affirmatively opting in to receive marketing SMS/text communications
from Iconic Medical Arts, you agree to these SMS Terms.
The Iconic Medical Arts SMS program may provide subscribers with text
messages regarding:
• Iconic Medical Arts services
• Practice news and updates
• Events
• Special offers and promotions
• Educational information
• New services or treatments
• Other marketing or informational communications from Iconic Medical Arts
Separate non-marketing or transactional communications may also be used for
purposes such as appointment confirmations, appointment reminders,
scheduling, and other patient-service or administrative communications.
Consent to receive transactional or appointment-related text messages does
not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional
SMS messages where separate marketing consent is required.
You will receive marketing SMS messages from Iconic Medical Arts only after
providing the consent required for those communications.
SMS marketing consent may be obtained through an Iconic Medical Arts
website form, signup form, booking or patient-management platform,
Aesthetic Record, Mailchimp, or another authorized consent method.
Providing your telephone number alone does not necessarily constitute
consent to receive marketing SMS messages.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of
purchasing any product or service from Iconic Medical Arts.
By opting in, you authorize Iconic Medical Arts and service providers
acting on our behalf to deliver text messages to the mobile telephone
number you provided in accordance with your consent.
Message frequency may vary.
The number and frequency of messages you receive may depend on your
interactions with Iconic Medical Arts, the communications for which you
have subscribed, upcoming events, promotions, practice updates, or other
relevant circumstances.
Iconic Medical Arts reserves the right to modify the frequency of its SMS
communications.
Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to SMS
messages sent or received in connection with the Iconic Medical Arts SMS
program.
Please contact your wireless carrier if you have questions regarding your
mobile plan.
You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving marketing SMS messages at
any time by replying:

After submitting a valid STOP request, you may receive a final confirmation
text stating that you have been unsubscribed.
After opting out, Iconic Medical Arts will not send additional marketing
SMS messages to that mobile number unless you subsequently provide valid
consent and opt in again.

Where required, Iconic Medical Arts maintains separate consent for

Consent to receive appointment reminders or other transactional
communications will not automatically be treated as consent to receive
marketing SMS messages.
Iconic Medical Arts uses Aesthetic Record for certain patient-management,
booking, communication, and related services.
Where an individual has affirmatively provided appropriate SMS marketing
consent through Aesthetic Record, Iconic Medical Arts may maintain that
consent record and use it as the basis for marketing SMS communications
where permitted.
Iconic Medical Arts may also obtain and maintain SMS consent through
Mailchimp or other approved signup and consent mechanisms.
We maintain communication and consent records as appropriate to document
subscriber preferences, including opt-in and opt-out information.
If you discontinue or change the mobile telephone number that you
previously provided to Iconic Medical Arts, please notify us promptly.
If possible, please reply STOP from the previous mobile number before
discontinuing use of that number.
You may also contact Iconic Medical Arts directly to inform us of the
change.
This helps prevent messages intended for you from being delivered to
another individual who later obtains your former telephone number.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages may be affected by circumstances beyond the
control of Iconic Medical Arts, including wireless service availability,
network conditions, device settings, carrier restrictions, and other
technical factors.
Iconic Medical Arts does not guarantee that every SMS message will be
delivered.
Your privacy is important to us.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records
will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own
marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be processed by service providers that assist Iconic
Medical Arts in operating its communications, patient-management, booking,
or technology services, including platforms such as Mailchimp and Aesthetic
Record, solely as necessary to provide services on our behalf.

Iconic Medical Arts may modify, suspend, or discontinue its SMS program or
update these SMS Terms from time to time.
Updated terms will be posted on this webpage with an updated effective date

requirements.
