Where are you located?

100 Highlands Drive, Suite 202 Lititz PA. There is plenty of parking in the front of the medical office building. Our office number is suite 202 straight in from the front entrance. Although you can see the building from Lititz Pike, you cannot enter here. The parking entrance is on 100 Highland Drive.

If I am sick, should I cancel my appointment?

Yes, it is best for you to stay home, please let us know 24 hrs in advance or as soon as you can.

Can I schedule multiple services at one time?

Yes, you can book multiple services at once!

What is your payment policy or forms accepted?

Payment is required at the time of service. All major credit cards, Cash, Check, Health Savings Account (HSA), CareCredit Booking & Consultations.

Do I need a consultation prior to my appointment?

Yes, all patients do need a consultation prior to the physician examining them.

What services require a consultation prior?

Iconic Medical Arts operates as a fee-for-service medical practice and does not accept insurance. All new patients meet with the physician for an initial consultation, which includes:

• A comprehensive medical history review

• Physician assessment

• Treatment planning

• Evaluation of candidacy and medical considerations

Consultation fees vary depending on the type of medical evaluation (aesthetic, musculoskeletal, hair restoration, cannabis consultation, sexual etc.).

How do I schedule a consultation or appointment?

Do you offer walk in appointments?

We are by appointment only.

What is your cancellation or no-show policy?

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time – or failure to attend your appointment – will result in a $50 missed appointment fee for standard appointments and a $100 missed appointment fee for procedure appointments.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the medical nature of our services: All treatments and products are non-refundable Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed. Prepaid packages may be transferred to another service of equal value at the physician’s discretion.
