Dr. Laleh Radfar-Baublitz is a double board-certified physician injector specializing in anti-aging, medical aesthetics, and regenerative wellness. Whether it’s a desire to age gracefully, alleviate pain, or rejuvenate beauty, Dr. Radfar-Baublitz provides physician-led care designed for exceptional results and patient satisfaction. She takes an integrative and collaborative approach to deliver fresh and natural results, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and patient care.
After years of treating pain with traditional modalities, she discovered the emerging field of regenerative medicine after her daughter benefited from platelet-rich plasma therapy following a sports related back injury. This pivotal experience inspired an evolution in her clinical practice and a commitment to exploring innovative treatments that harness the body’s natural ability to heal. Dr. Radfar-Baublitz applies this contemporary approach across the disciplines of anti-aging, aesthetics and musculoskeletal medicine.
Iconic Medical Arts was founded from her passion for patient-centered care and her expertise in regenerative therapy. “*Laleh*”, which means *tulip* in Persian, not only inspired the Iconic logo, but also symbolizes the flourishing growth of her practice.
Dr. Radfar-Baublitz’s approach is rooted in evidence-based medicine complemented by multiple advanced certifications in medical injectables. She has completed extensive clinical training in the innovative fields of anti-aging, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine.
Before establishing her practice in Lancaster, Dr. Radfar-Baublitz completed an interventional spine/pain management fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia. Previously she served as Chief Resident of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Sinai Hospital/University of Maryland and The Johns Hopkins Hospital. She earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated with a B.S. in Biology and minor in Psychology from Allegheny College.
She and her husband Seth have been practicing medicine in Lancaster, PA since 2007. You can often find them cheering on their three active children on their various adventures. She enjoys traveling with her family, practicing yoga and fitness, and creating healthy meals inspired by organic and plant-based cooking.
Emily graduated from Esthetics school in 2022 and began her career in the day spa setting, where she spent two years honing her skills. While she enjoyed providing her clients with a relaxing experience, Emily found her passion in delivering results-driven treatments that leave her clients feeling confident and beautiful in their own skin. Under the advanced training of Dr. Radfar-Baublitz, Emily has gained medical esthetics knowledge and expertise needed to provide high-quality, personalized care that empowers clients to achieve their skincare goals. Now as a valued member of the Iconic Medical Arts team, she is excited to combine relaxation with advanced, science-based skincare solutions. Outside of the treatment room, Emily is a coffee enthusiast, who loves cheering on her boyfriend at KU football games, and cherishes quality time with friends and family.
Taylor brings a unique blend of compassion, intelligence, and professionalism to the patient experience. A proud graduate of Syracuse University with a B.A. in Biology, Taylor is passionate about patient care, organization, and strong interpersonal connection. Her strengths also extend to leadership and marketing, making her a dynamic and valuable part of the team. Beyond her role at Iconic Medical Arts, Taylor enjoys traveling, spending quality time with friends and family, and admiring creative expression through art, fashion, and music. She has a heart for service and has volunteered both internationally and locally. Known for her warm presence and dedication to continuous learning, Taylor is committed to making every patient’s visit to Iconic Medical Arts both welcoming and enriching.
